Passengers traveling in direct flights from Canada to Cuba the e-visa is included in the ticket, all they need to do is fill out a form at www.dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu within one-week prior entering Cuba, get the QR code and bring it with them. They don’t need to pay anything; it’s just filling out the form and clients won’t be asked to provide any credit card information or any form of payment.
