IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO CUBA – DVIAJEROS FORM

Every passenger arriving in Cuba must fill out the DVIAJEROS form within one week of departure to Cuba. You CAN'T arrive in Cuba without this form.

This form is the customs declaration form from Cuban Customs, and to fill it out, you need to visit https://www.dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio
